Lee Swinerd is Director of Cash Management, Restructuring in London for KPMG. Lee joined KPMG in 1992 and has worked in restructuring for eleven years. Lee’s current focus is on strategic cash management, performance improvement and restructuring assignments in the middle market arena. Lee has assisted companies in devising improved working capital procedures (such as invoicing and credit control), improving visibility and control and assessing ways to elevate cash management within a corporate’s culture.
Lee has a wide range of experience of cash management and restructuring assignments from the middle market to multi-national organisations. Lee has led cash management/working capital improvement assignments dealing with both non-distressed and distressed businesses. He has been involved in assisting private equity houses to identify cash generation/preservation initiatives in a post-deal situation. Lee has also spent 17 months on secondment to the Corporate Restructuring Unit of Royal Bank of Scotland where he was involved in the restructuring and workout of problem loans within the bank. |
