Speakers   Louise Barnes Chief Executive Officer, Fat Face Louise graduated from Birmingham University with a Business degree and joined the Burton Group Corporate Training Scheme. Following an exciting year working across all areas of the Group, she stayed with the group for 4 years as a Merchandiser. Louise moved to Etam in 1990, honing her skills in trading fast fashion and was headhunted to join Monsoon in 1992 where she remained for 10 years, playing a significant part in transforming the business from niche brand to successful high street retailer as Brand Director. Louise joined Fat Face in 2003 to take over the business from founders, Tim & Jules. Since that time, she has built an outstanding senior management team, grown the business significantly and led two MBO’s in April 2005 and March 2007. There is still some time for life ‘out there’ and Louise can be seen driving the company RIB around the Solent at weekends.
