Speakers   Richard Lane Partner, Farrer & Co Richard advises on a broad range of corporate transactions in addition to AIM including acquisitions, disposals, mergers and joint ventures.  He acts for large public and private companies as well as SMEs.  In recent years, he has gained considerable experience in acting for both venture capital funds and individual investors. Richard has particular experience in the media, technology and telecoms sectors.  He works closely with clients to secure the necessary contractual and intellectual property protection. He advises on a wide range of commercial contracts including both online and paper based content distribution and marketing contracts and in particular relating to data protection and e-commerce issues.
