Paul Marson-Smith

Paul joined Gresham in 1997 from 3i, where he worked as an investment director in the London office. He became Chief Executive in 1998 and has over 17 years of private equity experience.

Before 3i he worked at Price Waterhouse where he was based in London, Paris and Abu Dhabi.

Paul qualified as a chartered accountant from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1987 and has a degree in business studies from Thames Business School.
